AI Workflow Consulting & Coaching

More time for what actually matters.

Maybe you're a parent trying to get an evening back, a professional drowning in email, or a small business owner wearing five hats before 9am. I find where your workflow is fighting you and put AI to work on it. Thirty years of streamlining systems that already exist, and building new ones when nothing on the market fits, means I spot friction fast.

Currently taking on a limited number of individuals and small businesses.

For small business

What AI is actually worth, in hours and dollars

You don't need custom software or an IT budget to see a return. These numbers come from businesses that just started talking to a tool like Claude or ChatGPT.

5.6 hrs
Saved per week by the average small-business employee using AI regularly
Business.com, 2026 SMB AI Outlook
11.5 hrs
Median weekly time savings per employee, on top of 5 hours saved by the owner personally
SBE Council survey, 2026
$4,700
Average monthly cost reduction reported by SMB marketing teams after adopting AI
ActiveCampaign / Talker Research, 2025
1 in 5
Small businesses that saw revenue jump 10% or more after adopting AI
SBE Council survey, 2026

Five places to start, no setup required

Every one of these is just a conversation with a tool like Claude or ChatGPT. No integrations, no custom builds. You paste something in and get something useful back.

01

Admin & scheduling triage

Paste in a stack of emails or voicemail transcripts and get drafted replies, a flagged list of what's urgent, and today's callbacks sorted out. It works just as well on messy meeting notes, turning them into a clean list of next steps.

02

Owner decisions & delegation

Paste a contract, lease, or vendor proposal and ask what's unusual or risky, in plain English, before you sign. You can also use it as a sounding board. Describe a pricing or staffing call you're wrestling with and ask what you might be missing.

03

Sales outreach & prep

Hand it a prospect's website or LinkedIn bio and get a personalized outreach email or a few solid conversation openers. Before a call, paste your notes and ask it to anticipate objections and suggest how to handle them.

04

Marketing content at volume

Turn one blog post or customer testimonial into a week of social captions, a newsletter blurb, and ad copy variations, all from a single prompt. Also good for brainstorming promotions around a slow season or local event.

05

Bookkeeping, first pass

Paste a spreadsheet of expenses and ask AI to categorize it, flag anything odd (duplicate charges, mislabeled entries), and draft a plain-language cash flow summary. It won't replace a bookkeeper, but it catches problems before they get to one.

+

Bonus: HR & operations

For the shops too small for dedicated HR, paste a rough job description and get it tightened up, along with interview questions or a first draft of a handbook policy.

If a task starts with "let me draft that" or "let me read through this and summarize it," AI can do it instantly. You just review before it goes out.

1:1 Coaching ยท For individuals

You don't need to become an AI expert. You need your evenings back.

If you're already stretched thin, learning a new tool is the last thing you want to do. So coaching starts from your actual week: the emails, the errands, the tasks you keep saying you'll get to. From there we find the handful of prompts that make the biggest dent.

The small business owner

You're the receptionist, the bookkeeper, and the marketer before 9am. Coaching isn't about learning to code. It's about learning the handful of prompts that consistently get you your evenings back.

The professional

You don't need another productivity system. You need fewer things eating your evening. Inbox triage, meeting notes turned into next steps, a first draft of the email you've been avoiding: all of it in minutes instead of the hour you don't have.

The parent

Between school pickup, dinner, and a full-time job, there's no time left to get organized. AI can draft the group email, turn the week's activities into one calendar, or build a meal plan from whatever's already in the fridge, in about the time it takes to make coffee.

Why RLM

I've spent 30 years doing two things: finding the friction in a system that already exists and fixing it, or building a new one from scratch when nothing on the market solves the actual problem. That work has spanned large global corporations and early-stage Series B startups alike, always aimed at the same outcome: more productivity, more revenue, less friction. Now I do the same thing with AI, just at a smaller scale and a faster pace.

My most recent chapter has been different: moving into direct, patient-facing care management. It's given me a view most consultants never get, watching firsthand how much time, money, and sanity small businesses and individuals lose to outdated workflows nobody's had time to fix.

Every engagement combines deep systems thinking with real empathy for the person actually doing the work. No enterprise budget or technical team required.
